Do you have specific dates you'd like to be tattooed or days that work best for you? Please refer to my FAQs for my schedule.

Placement of tattoo (ex: right inner forearm, right upper half sleeve outer only, full left upper half sleeve all the way around, etc)

Size of Tattoo (ex: palm size, hand size, sheet of paper) Or provide measurements in inches.

Detailed description of the tattoo: Please be as detailed as possible. Include specifics about your tattoo idea (ex: what type of flowers you'd like to include or leave out) If you prefer an in person consultation let me know here. Even if you would prefer an in person consultation please give a description of your tattoo idea.

How long would you like to sit? (For large scale designs only full half sleeve or larger)
